Improve text search feature#18

As a user,
I need to be able to quickly search for an issue from the hierarchy table
So that I can see the progress of that particular issue without scrolling through everything else.

Current behaviour:

The table will show the matching issue that contains the search text AND its parent, also parent of parent.

However, if the matching result is a parent issue type, it will filter out the children and only show the parent issue.

Acceptance criteria

User should be able to filter down to one Epic (or any parent issue type) using the text search.

• Adjust the search text to also include the children and not stop at the parent
• Highlight the search text in the result
