Time conversion difficulty- Enable user to configure time display format#25

It is difficult to work with the time data since it can be displayed in both week vs day vs hours. This makes doing time conversion in your head difficult and slow.

Make the tool configurable in the cog icon to work with one of these mutually exclusive options.
Display time in:
-Months
-Weeks
-Days
-Hours

This would be way easier to use. In the attached example, in row one, we have to convert 4d 4h to 36 hrs for ‘original estimate’ and then convert 1w 5h to 45 hours for actual time logged.
Yes, I can see this on-hover from the in progress column but I have to hover over each one to get this data. It would be better visible if had the ability to set this view using ‘Hours’ for time. Then everything would be in the same unit.
