View will not load issues added to filter#26

1. Display a filter behind the view
2. Goto the filter and add another key to that filter and save that filter
3. Return to the view and use the refresh within the view or the browser refresh

expected: The newly added issue is in the model
observed: The newly added issue is not in the model; workaround is to choose a different filter in the view and then choose the same filter again; the newly added issue only then is visible.
