Ability to save Quick filters for a project, a view or the whole app.#46

It is not possible to create a quick filter for only 1 view,
Like to have the possibilitie to select if the quick filter needs to visable for:

• the whole app
• a specific project or multiple projects
• a view or multiple views

Reason why asking is that somtimes the combination between the SQL and the filter result in a wrong set of data.
