Time Progress % relative to Original Estimate#6

Currently, the Time Progress (h) field in the Hierarchy Tree view displays the progress % relative to the current estimate.

• Time Progress (%) = Time Spent / Current Estimate

• Current Estimate = Time Spent + Time Remaining

As a user
I need to have the option to track the Time Progress % relative to the Original Estimate
So that I can monitor the time overspent on issues/tasks.
